Application area of the general terms and sales conditions
These general terms and sales conditions automatically regulate all holiday bookings on the belezy.com website. They form an integral part of any contract between Domaine de Bélézy and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to booking a holiday, for themselves and for each person taking part in the holiday. In accordance with the terms of Article L113-3 of the Consumer Code and the terms of the Tourism Code, the present general terms and conditions are made available for information to each customer before the conclusion of a contract for the booking.
By booking a stay, you agree to our general terms and conditions of sale and GDPR.
The names, first names and ages of all participants must be provided no later than on arrival.
For obvious safety or health reasons, minors unaccompanied by an adult will not be admitted. Subletting is absolutely prohibited and persons presenting themselves will be refused access to the campsite and accommodation.
From 28.04 to 8.10.2023, no refund will be granted for early departure or late arrival. The full amount of the stay, both camping and accommodation, is due.
For reservations on a camping pitch, a maximum of 5 people will be accepted on the pitch. For reservations in an accommodation, the number of people allowed depends on the type of accommodation chosen.
Your option is valid for eight days, during which time you must pay us the deposit. Without confirmation within eight days of your phone call, the option will be cancelled without further action on our part. The price of stays is indicated in euros, including 10% VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price. For bookings, camping or accommodation : the balance of the stay must be settled at the latest 1 month before the start of the stay. If the balance is not settled within this period, your reservation will be cancelled.
Arrivals and departures
Arrival on a camping pitch is possible as from 12 pm, arrival in an accommodation as from 4.30 pm
Departure on a camping pitch is at the latest at 11 am, departure from an accommodation at the latest at 10 am.
For late arrivals or early departures, you need to inform the reception. Pitches and accommodations are allocated according to availability and, for technical or other reasons, may be changed at any time before the keys are handed over. If you do not turn up on the day of arrival and do not notify us before the arrival date, the domain reserves the right to re-let the accommodation or camping pitch.
Any return of the keys of an accommodation after 10 am or the release of the camping pitch after 12 pm will result in the billing of an extra night at the applicable rate. Any extension of the stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
Terms of payment
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required, as well as the reservation fee (non-refundable). The reservation fee is 27€ for stays of 7 nights or more and 11€ for stays of 1 to 6 nights. The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. If not, and after reminder by e-mail/phone, the stay will be cancelled.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate between the time the rates were set and the invoicing of the stay will result in a corresponding change in the price including VAT.
Cancellation guarantee 2023 : 3% of the total amount of the stay (minimum of 9€ for a stay of 1 to 4 nights, minimum of 22€ for a stay of 5 nights or more.
The cancellation guarantee is optional, but if subscribed it must be paid together with the deposit.
You subscribe to our cancellation guarantee, then you are guaranteed for :
- the refund of the amounts paid, with the exception of the reservation costs and the amount of the cancellation guarantee.
- a pro rata refund of the stay, excluding the reservation fee, the amount of the cancellation guarantee and cleaning fee, if you have to leave the rented accommodation before the scheduled end date.
The cancellation guarantee only applies if the inconvenience concerns the customer, his spouse, the persons mentionned on the contract, his ancestors or descendants or those of his spouse and only if one of the cases below applies :
- death, illness not known at the time of booking or accident occurring after the booking;
- the death of brothers, sisters, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law of the client;
- an appeal by the government, the judiciary or the military or as a (judicial) jury member;
- prevention due to dismissal, transfer of the customer or his spouse or bankruptcy of the company of which the customer is the manager.
The cancellation guarantee in case of illness or accident is only valid if supported by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the arrival date. Any cancellation MUST be notified in writing to the person in charge of the domain. You must inform Domaine de Bélézy of the reason for cancellation at least 24 hours before your arrival. You have 10 days from the date of cancellation to send us the REAL proof (medical certificate, death certificate or employer's certificate).
You did not subscribed to a cancellation guarantee :
In case of cancellation of the stay before arrival, interruption of stay or delayed arrival and regardless of the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant is obliged to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be made.
A deposit of 150 € per accommodation is required on arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after a final check on departure. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as well as the cost of cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in perfectly clean condition.
Pets are NOT allowed at the Domaine de Bélézy.
Behaviour and Naturism
Naturism on the domain meets the criteria recognised by the Fédération Française de Naturisme, 26 Rue Paul Belmondo, 75012 Paris, under no. 59 of 09.01.69. The management reserves the right to refuse the entry or exclude people whose behaviour does not correspond with the naturist criteria. We ask people who have piercings in their intimate parts, out of respect for everyone, to remove them during their stay at the Domaine de Bélézy.
As required by law, you must respect our internal regulations, which have been submitted to the prefecture, are displayed at reception and of which you can be provided with a copy on request.
Customers should check with their insurance company whether they have a holiday extension as part of their insurance policy and its terms of cover. If not, the client is obliged to insure against the risks inherent in his occupation. This includes accidents, theft, loss and damage to personal belongings (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles, etc.) He must also insure himself for any damage he causes in the rented accommodation or on the campsite, either by himself or by those accompanying him. Customers must provide proof of their insurance upon first request. In connection with the rental or loan of bicycles, customers are obliged to take out insurance against theft, loss or damage. In case of theft of bicycles or other personal items, the camping insurance does not work. We therefore recommend that you check the holiday extension of your home insurance policy. The Domaine de Bélézy declines any responsibility for damage to the camper's equipment caused by the camper himself; civil liability insurance for your equipment is compulsory.
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute concerning their application is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
No brochure or website is guaranteed to be free from « typing errors », omissions or printing errors. Moreover, our prices are subject to change according to economic and commercial conditions. Only the rental contract confirming the reservation is a contractual document. We are not immune to gross errors beyond our control.
Personal data and GDPR regulations
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations. CAPFUN and its affiliated residences and campsites are responsible for data processing and manage all information with the utmost confidentiality. We have appointed a data protection officer. His e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. He will answer all your questions as soon as possible. He is common for capfun.com and all CAPFUN campsites.
We cannot be held responsible for accidental events, force majeure, weather conditions, legal or administrative decisions, which could disturb, interrupt or prevent the stay and activities. Any complaint concerning a stay can be sent to us in the satisfaction questionnaire within 10 days of the end of the stay. Our customer service will make every effort to deal with your complaint within 3 months. After having contacted the customer service by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 3 months, the client may turn to the mediator, SAS MEDIATION- 222 Chemin de la Bergerie- 01800 St Jean de Niost- 04.82.53.93.06- www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr.
